FWD Insurance

Corporate website and Brand Digital Approach

FWD Insurance was a challenger brand to the APAC insurance market by acquiring different insurance business in Hong Kong, Macau, Thailand, Indonesia, Philippines, Vietnam and Japan. They needed a consistent approach to their digital presence - including their corporate websites, social media and eCommerce.

Our Approach

We took a top down approach - building up the basis of the website (wireframes / layouts) on a regional level by taking an overview of the businesses in all the markets. The work was then brought to the markets for localisation.

We were responsible of the UX/UI design, technical implementation and deployment. We also worked closely with SEO, content and media agencies.

All the sites are responsive and were built on Sitecore within the same servers on Microsoft Azure. Towards the end of the project we have also done the CMS training, on-going maintenance and the evolution of the website.

Other Projects

As the team became very familiar with the brand and client's overall digital ecosystem, we made UX recommendations on user journey outside its corporate website and also created the digital brand guideline.

My role

As the project owner and worked closely with Business Director, UX team, Creative team and Technical Development team.

As the client’s primary contact point for marketing and IT team.

Preparing the budget, schedule and resources for the project.

Oversee project of different markets as some of those were handled by other teammates in the PM team.
